As Teleprom has already informed each client, access to the system's API must be regenerated.

Our system is now ready for each client to generate new access and upload. Teleprom will terminate current access on 8/1/2024, giving several days for each client to modify the information.

Additionally, the Teleprom service will be limited to the public IP used by the system. We are going to provide that information to Teleprom for each client.

We leave a simple guide on how to load the new access data to the system. To generate the new username/password, contact Teleprom.

Log in to the system in the ISPkeeper/Integrations menu

Search for the Teleprom provider, load both data and save the information.
