If you use Freschat, it is important that you read this.

VERY IMPORTANT

On 08/16/2024, the legacy API version that connected the system with Freshchat SmartPlug will be removed.

To configure Freshchat again, use the new guide where we made an example integration that you can adapt to.

It is important to note that each client must configure their own Smartplug since anatod does not have access to them.
